Eligibility for Refunds
Course Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a course purchased through XpresEdu, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course.
- You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction.
Subscription Plans
For monthly and annual subscription plans, refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription. Refunds will be granted if:
- You have not accessed more than 5 courses during the subscription period.
- You provide feedback explaining why the subscription did not meet your expectations.
Special Programs and Certifications
Refund requests for special programs and certification courses will be reviewed case-by-case. Generally, refunds will only be granted if:
- The request is made within 7 days of enrollment.
- No coursework has been started.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for courses or subscription plans.
- Downloaded Content: If any course materials have been downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
- Third-Party Purchases: Courses purchased via third-party providers or external partners are not eligible for refunds.
- Discounted/Sale Items: Courses bought during promotions, discounts, or special sales are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
- Submit a Request: Log in to your XpresEdu account, navigate to the “My Orders” section, select the course or subscription you wish to refund, and click “Request Refund.”
- Provide Details: Fill out the refund request form, detailing your purchase and the reason for your request. Your feedback helps us improve.
- Processing Time: Our support team will review your request. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
Additional Information
- Refund Method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If this is not feasible, we will coordinate an alternative arrangement with you.
- Technical Issues: If technical difficulties prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team. We will attempt to resolve the issue before initiating a refund.
